View a record's history

A record's history lists every change to it: who made it, when, and what changed, including changes of owner and changes made by other systems.

Prerequisites#

• Access to the record.

View the history#

1. Open the record.
2. Select History.
3. Read the list, newest first, and then select Close. It shows the latest 200 changes.
