View time on site

The Dock: time on site section of Reports shows how long trucks spend at your sites.

Prerequisites

  • The Manager or Admin role.
  • The Professional edition of BayCheck ONE.

Read time on site

  1. In the menu, under Workspace, select Reports, and choose the period and site.

  2. Scroll to Dock: time on site.

    The time on site figures, with turnaround per service

Figure Shows
Visits Trucks checked in at the gate, and how many were walk-ins.
Turnaround The average from the gate to departure.
At the bay The average time at the bay.
On time Trucks at the gate within 5 minutes of their booked time.

Below, the average turnaround is listed per service.
