BayCheck ONE user guide overview

Updated October 31, 2026 · Applies to BayCheck ONE 1.34

BayCheck ONE books loading bays at your warehouses and yards. Carriers and their drivers book a bay online, or your dispatchers book it for them. On the day, the gate checks each truck in, sends it to its bay and records when it leaves, and the dock board shows every bay live.

For signing in, the menu and your profile, see the Platform ONE user guide.

Key capabilities

  • Bay bookings: drivers book a delivery or pickup at a site, on any suitable bay or the one they choose.
  • Gate: check trucks in, send them to a bay, start loading, and record departure; walk-ins without a booking.
  • Dock board: every bay right now, trucks waiting in the yard, and trucks running over their slot.
  • Wall display: the dock board on a TV, without signing in.
  • Time on site: turnaround, time at the bay and on-time arrivals.

How it works

Each site is a location, and each bay is a resource there. A service is a kind of visit, such as an inbound delivery, and says which bays fit. A truck's visit goes through stages: expected, waiting in the yard, at the bay, loading or unloading, and departed. See Visit stages reference.
