As a Reserve ONE administrator, you set up who and what can be planned, and the shifts your organization runs. Users, locations, people, teams and holidays are set up the same way in every product: see the Platform ONE administrator guide.
Key capabilities
- People and resources: their role, skills, location and working hours.
- Shift types: when each shift runs and the minimum cover it needs.
- Rotations: patterns that fill the weeks ahead with shifts by themselves.
How it works
Reserve ONE uses what you set up in Platform ONE:

| Record ownership | A project's owner plans it with its Project Lead. |

If your organization also has PTO ONE, approved time off blocks planning, and if it has BookIt ONE, bookings show on the planner.
Who can use it
Administrators set up people and resources. Managers and administrators set up shift types and rotations, and create projects.
