Manage drivers

Drivers need an account to book a bay online. The app calls them customers unless your organization uses its own word: in a logistics organization, they might be called Drivers.

Prerequisites#

• The Admin role.

Manage driver accounts#

• To choose whether drivers can create their own account, require email confirmation, or allow only some email domains, use Customer accounts under Sign-in & SSO.
• To review, verify, disable or remove drivers, use the customers page under Administration.

Both work as in BookIt ONE. See Manage customers.

Carriers named at check-in are kept as companies, so the same carrier is recognized next time.
