Reserve ONE user guide overview

Updated October 31, 2026 · Applies to Reserve ONE 1.34

Reserve ONE plans your own people and resources: who works on which project and which shift, when, and whether there's enough capacity for the work ahead.

For signing in, the menu and your profile, see the Platform ONE user guide.

Key capabilities

  • My schedule: what you're planned on for the next four weeks, and shift swaps.
  • Planner: who is on what each week, and planning people on projects.
  • Projects: the work people are planned on, with the effort each role needs.
  • Shifts: who works which shift, where cover is missing, and rotations.
  • Capacity: hours planned against hours available, per role or skill and week.

How it works

A person's role is their job title on Staff & resources; rooms, equipment and vehicles count by their type. Projects state the effort they need per role. When you plan someone, Reserve ONE checks their working hours, time off and what they're already on. Planning someone over their capacity can wait for their manager's approval.

Managers and administrators create projects and plan shifts. A project's Project Lead and owner can plan it too.
