Rolodex ONE keeps contacts private by default. This page lists who sees and changes each kind of record. Administrators see and change everything.
Seeing records

| A contact with an owner | The owner, the owner's manager, the leads of the owner's team and department, and the colleagues it's shared with. |
| A contact without an owner | Managers, receptionists, and the colleagues it's shared with. |
| A company | Everyone. The people in it follow the contact rules. |
| A new lead | The sales staff: the members and leads of the sales teams, or managers until sales teams are chosen. |
| A lead someone works | Its owner, their manager, and the leads of their team and department. |
| An opportunity | Its owner, their manager, and the leads of their team and department. |
Changing records
