This page lists the statuses of an appointment in BookIt ONE, as staff and customers see them.
| Staff see | Customers see | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Awaiting approval | Awaiting confirmation | A request for a service that needs approval. The time is held. |
| Confirmed | Confirmed | The appointment is on. |
| Checked in | Checked in | The customer has arrived. |
| Completed | Completed | The appointment took place. |
| No-show | No-show | The customer didn't come. |
| Canceled | Canceled | Canceled by the customer or by staff, or a request that was withdrawn. |
| Declined | Not confirmed | Staff declined the request, or it wasn't answered in time. |
