User guide overview

Platform ONE is the workspace behind the ONEConsult.NET Ltd. products. Whichever products your organization uses, such as PTO ONE or Rolodex ONE, you sign in, find your way and manage your profile in the same way. This guide covers those shared parts. What you do in each product is in that product's user guide.
Key capabilities
- Sign in: with your email and password, or with your organization's account through single sign-on.
- Find your way: the menu shows the pages your role can use, on a computer or a phone, and you can install the app.
- Manage your profile: your name, your password, your calendar and your email.
- Notifications: see what needs your attention, and choose what's emailed to you.
- Record owners: every main record has one member of staff who looks after it.
- History: see who changed a record and when.
How it works
Your organization has one workspace, with one or more products in it. The menu on the left has a Workspace section with the pages of your products, and, depending on your role, sections such as Extend and Administration. What you see depends on your roles. See Roles and access.
Who can use it
Everyone on your organization's staff with an account. Your administrator gives you your account and your roles.
