BayCheck ONE administrator guide overview
Updated October 31, 2026 · Applies to BayCheck ONE 1.34
As a BayCheck ONE administrator, you set up your sites and their bays, the kinds of visits drivers can book, the questions they answer, and when a site is told about trucks over their slot. Users, locations and holidays are set up the same way in every product: see the Platform ONE administrator guide.
Key capabilities
- Sites and bays: each site is a location, each bay a resource with its type and hours.
- Bay services: the kinds of visits, how long they take, which bays fit, and which need approval.
- Driver booking form: the carrier, plate and load questions drivers answer.
- Driver accounts: how drivers get an account.
- Overstay alerts: an email to a site when a truck stays past its slot.
How it works
BayCheck ONE is built on the same booking features as BookIt ONE, with bays in place of staff. It uses what you set up in Platform ONE:
| Platform ONE setting | What BayCheck ONE uses it for |
|---|---|
| Locations | Your sites. |
| Users and roles | Dispatchers have the Reception role; site managers the Manager role, limited to their site. |
| Holidays | No bays are offered on public holidays, unless a holiday is open for bookings. |
| Business rules | Booking rules, Booking approval, Reminder emails, Resource types and Dock operations. |
| Studio | The driver booking form. |
