Administrator guide overview

Updated October 31, 2026 · Applies to Platform ONE 1.34

As an administrator, you set up Platform ONE for your organization: who can sign in, what each person can see, how the app looks, and how it connects to your other systems. This guide covers what every product shares. Each product's own settings are in that product's administrator guide. ONEConsult.NET Ltd. hosts and maintains the service, so you don't need to install, update or back up anything.

How it works

Your organization has one workspace, with one or more products in it, such as PTO ONE and Rolodex ONE. The pages in this guide work the same way in every product. When a page holds a product's own settings, such as Business rules, that product's administrator guide explains them.

Some features depend on the edition of your products: Standard, Professional or Enterprise. A feature that isn't included shows a lock and the edition that has it. See Plans and features.

Who can use it

Only people with the Admin role see the Administration pages. People with the Designer role can use Studio, and managers can also use API approvals. See Permissions.
