Use the recycle bin

Deleted accounts, stakeholders, projects, schedule events, risks and deliverables aren't gone right away. They go to the recycle bin, where they can be restored.

Restore a deleted record

  1. Select your avatar in the top-right corner, and then select Recycle bin.
  2. Find the record. Deleted records are grouped by type, with the date and time each one was deleted.
  3. Select Restore.

The record returns to where it was, with its links, files and discussion.

Unless your role lets you see all records, you only see the deleted records that you created.

Delete a record permanently

Only administrators can delete records permanently from the recycle bin. If something must be removed for good, ask your administrator.
