Stakeholder ONE administrator guide overview

Updated October 30, 2026 · Applies to Stakeholder ONE 1.3

As a Stakeholder ONE administrator, you set up the app for your organization: who can sign in, what they're allowed to do, and how the app looks and behaves. ONEConsult hosts and maintains the service, so you don't need to install, update or back up anything.

Key capabilities

All administration settings are in the account menu. Select your avatar in the top-right corner of the app to open it.

Plan features

Some settings depend on your Stakeholder ONE plan. Settings that your plan doesn't include appear in the menu with an Upgrade label. For details, see Plans and features.
