Do I need to install anything?
No. Stakeholder ONE runs in your web browser, and ONEConsult hosts it for your organization.
Can I use Stakeholder ONE on my phone?
Yes. The app adapts to small screens, so you can use it in your phone's browser.
Why do my colleague and I see different numbers on the dashboards?
Dashboards count only the records each person can see, which depends on your roles and on what's been shared with you.
Who can see the records I create?
You, administrators, people whose role lets them see all records (such as Project Managers), and anyone you share the record with. See Records, ownership and sharing.
Can I get my data out of Stakeholder ONE?
Yes. Every list has Export CSV, a project schedule can be exported to CSV or Excel, and files can be downloaded individually or together as a .zip file.
Do changes appear for others straight away?
Yes. Changes appear for everyone without refreshing the page.
How is a risk's score calculated?
Likelihood × impact, where Low = 1, Medium = 2 and High = 3. See Manage risks.
Why can't I change a project?
It's probably Completed or On hold, which locks it, or you have view-only access. See Troubleshoot Stakeholder ONE.
