Stakeholder ONE user guide overview
Updated October 30, 2026 · Applies to Stakeholder ONE 1.3
Stakeholder ONE brings together the organizations you work with, the people in them, and the projects that involve them. This guide explains how to do your everyday work in the app.
Key capabilities
- Accounts: Keep a record of each organization, with contact details, billing address, revenue and size.
- Stakeholders: Track the people you work with, including their role, status and engagement level.
- Projects: Manage each project's overview, budget and variance, schedule, timeline, risks and deliverables, and the stakeholders involved.
- Dashboard: See the state of your stakeholders at a glance, such as engagement and status distribution.
- Collaboration: Use the Discussion and Files tabs on any account, stakeholder or project, and see every change on the History tab.
- Recycle bin: Restore records that were deleted by mistake.
How it works
Accounts, stakeholders and projects are linked. A stakeholder belongs to an account, and a project can involve any number of stakeholders. Open any record to see its details on tabs, starting with the Overview tab.
Changes that other people make appear in your view automatically, without refreshing the page.
Who can use it
What you can see and do depends on the role your administrator gives you. For example, the built-in User role works with the records it owns or that are shared with it, and the Project Manager role can also create accounts and projects and see all records. If you can't find an option described in this guide, ask your administrator. See Records, ownership and sharing.
